Who We Are

Kardan Building Supplies is a Supply Nation Certified business created through the partnership of Kardan Construction and Perth Plasterboard Centre. This new partnership strengthens each company's ability to offer quality building supplies to major construction projects such as the Perth Children's Hospital and Perth Airport while providing opportunities for Indigenous Australians through employment opportunities, training and funding of meaningful indigenous programs and not for profits.

Kardan Building Supplies is committed to creating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples apprenticeship opportunities in addition to the numerous Indigenous apprenticeships already generated by Kardan Construction.

Kardan Construction

As a registered Aboriginal Business and Licensed Western Australian Building Company (registration BC103413), Kardan Construction has extensive experience in delivering complex and challenging projects, including both metro and remote locations.

Whether through time constraints, access issues, security restraints or tight budgets, Kardan Construction works with clients to ensure complete satisfaction on every project. We use innovative solutions to achieve previously unattainable deadlines. We bring honesty, integrity, capacity and an unwavering commitment to creating meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Perth Plasterboard Centre (PPC)

Established in 1998, PPC is the largest privately owned plasterboard and building products supplier in Western Australia. PPC is highly regarded in the local building industry and has supplied a number of iconic WA projects. PPC has various retail outlets including Perth Plasterboard Centre in Canning Vale and Broome.
